Diploma of Community Services (CHC52021)

Offered by Lead College

This qualification reflects the role of community services workers who are involved in the delivery, coordination, and management of person-centred services to individuals, groups, and communities.

At this level, workers possess specialised skills in community services and operate with a high degree of autonomy within their scope of practice, under broad guidance from senior management. They play a key role in supporting individuals to create positive change in their lives, enhancing both personal and social well-being. Workers may also be responsible for supervising other staff and volunteers, and may undertake case management and program coordination responsibilities.
