Certificate of Attainment in Individual & Group Supervision
This training program provides a framework for conducting and evaluating effective clinical supervision using a competency-based framework that incorporates reflective practice. Participants will develop skills to enhance supervisee learning and skill development, considering the systemic issues of their workplace/team and client group.
The 3-day face-to-face classroom work is broken into two phases: face-to-face training and formal assessment of supervision skills.

- How to structure individual, peer and group supervision sessions
- Issues in applying professional supervision
- Ethical, legal and risk management issues
- Resistant supervisees
- Mental health issues and supervision
- Note taking and record keeping
